Still in suspense

Yelp, Ike still has us in suspense. Looks like we won't be able to go to my son's this time because of the weather they're expecting, not to mention traffic when and if they evacuate Houston. There's going to be a lot headed to Dallas. I called my aunt and uncle in louisiana this evening to see if we could go there. I'm going to try to go anyway if the weather isn't too bad. They will be disappointed if we don't  and if I know my aunt, she's going to cook up a bunch of cajun food. They don't live on the coast so hopefully we'll make it ok.

I wish these storms would get over with. Its hard to concentrate on other things around here with all that going on. It happens every year, and every year I say the same ole thing.

I should be working in the old house to try to get it rentable and sellable. Maybe I'll start again next week.

America's Got Talent is on...gotta go!
